1 in 4 people in the uk are at risk of health problems because of being overweight, which can often lead to obesity and diabetes. Studies have shown that “faddy” diets do not help us  to lose weight as once stopped the pounds pile back on. The only way is a lifestyle change; kicking bad habits and learning to become a new healthier you.
