“I’m passionate about fitness and pushing limits—from marathons and ultra-marathons to competitive fitness shows, I’ve taken on big challenges and love helping others do the same. For me, staying active isn’t just a job; it’s a lifestyle and a source of personal joy. I set my own goals and work hard to reach them, and I’m excited to inspire and support my clients as they take on their own fitness journeys. Nothing’s better than sharing this rewarding path and seeing clients find new confidence and strength!
I love living in Brighton and we are lucky to have some great hills, beach’s, steps and green spaces to workout in. I also work in the amazing Seagym where I have weekly classes. It is a friendly local gym set in the best location too with no posers just girls and guys giving it 100%.
